Analytics and consent
Non-essential analytics (such as Google Analytics) only load after you accept them in the consent banner. Declining leaves them off. Essential, first-party data — including the acquisition context tied to your own signup — is used to run the service and is not gated by the banner.

We store your acquisition context and your consent choice in first-party cookies so they persist to signup on our app subdomain. You can clear these at any time through your browser.
Recordings and retention
The BuzzMeIn product answers entry calls and may process spoken passphrases. Call audio and transcripts are sensitive and are retained only as long as needed, then deleted by automated retention jobs. You can request export or deletion of your data.
